Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the status of the knowledge of Bezmialem Vakif University of the nursing students in terms of nursing process. This research conducted online with 154 nursing department students studying in Bezmialem Vakıf University between 16.06.2020- 22.06.2020 due to covid-19 outbreak. The data were collected using the 'Nursing process knowledge and application form''. In the evaluation of the data, analyzes were made with SPSS 21 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY) statistical program and the significance percentage was determined as p˂0.05. The normality distribution of the data of the research was conducted with the Kolmogorov Simirnov test. All variables p˂0.05 therefore, analyzes were performed using nonparametric tests. Number, percentage, mean, standard deviation for descriptive tests, Anova, Kruskal Vallis, Mann Whitney U and Pearson correlation coefficients were used for comparative analysis. The average age of the nursing students is 20.44 ± 2.20, %93,5 of them are female nursing students. Total knowledge score averages were determined as 11.50 ± 2.04 for female nursing students and 10.10 ± 3.69 for male nursing students. Considering the high school, they graduated from, the total knowledge score average of those who graduated from science high school is the highest and is 12.00 ± 1.00. When the education status of parents was examined, the total knowledge score averages of nursing students whose parent education is undergraduate was found to be higher 11.50 ± 1.24. It was found that nursing students answered the questions about nursing process correctly between %41,6 and %98,7. It was found total knowledge score average of 1st graders 10.67 ± 1.66, total knowledge score average of 2nd graders 11,03±2,15, total knowledge score average of 3rd graders 11,42±2,46, total knowledge score average of 4th graders 12,64±2,12. As a result of the resarch, it was found that the older the nursing students' age, the higher their knowledge of the nursing process (p <0.05).

Bu araştırma, Bezmialem Vakıf Üniversitesi hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinin hemşirelik sürecini bilme durumlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Bezmialem Vakıf Üniversitesi'nde eğitim öğretim gören 154 hemşirelik bölümü öğrencisi ile 16.06.2020- 22.06.2020 tarihleri arasında covid-19 salgını nedeniyle online olarak gerçekleştirildi. Veriler; ''hemşirelik süreci bilgi ve uygulama düzeyi belirleme formu'' kullanılarak toplandı. Analizler SPSS 21 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY) istatistik programı ile yapılmış olup önemlilik yüzdesi p˂0,05 olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın verilerinin normalite dağılımı Kolmogorov Simirnov testi ile gerçekleştirildi. Değişkenlerin tümünde p˂0.05 bulunduğu için analizler nonparametrik testler kullanılarak gerçekleştirildi. Tanımlayıcı testler için sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, karşılaştırmalı analizler için Anova, Kruskal Vallis, Mann Whitney U ve Pearson korelasyon katsayısı kullanıldı. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin yaş ortalaması 20,44 ± 2,20 olup, %93,5 'i kadın hemşirelik öğrencisidir. Toplam bilgi puan ortalamaları kadın hemşirelik öğrencilerinin 11,50±2,04 ve erkek hemşirelik öğrencilerinin 10,10±3,69 olarak tespit edildi. Mezun oldukları okul göz önüne alındığında fen lisesi mezunu olanların toplam bilgi puan ortalaması en yüksek olup 12,00±1,00'dir. Anne-baba eğitim durumu incelendiğinde anne-baba eğitimi lisans olan hemşirelik öğrencilerinin toplam bilgi puan ortalamaları 11,50±1,24 olarak daha yüksek bulundu. Öğrencilerin hemşirelik süreci ile ilgili soruları %41,6 ile %98,7 arasında doğru cevaplandırdığı saptandı. Toplam bilgi puan ortalaması ise 1. Sınıfların 10,67±1,66, 2. Sınıfların 11,03±2,15, 3. Sınıfların 11,42±2,46, 4. Sınıfların 12,64±2,12 olarak tespit edildi. Araştırma sonucunda, hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinin yaşı büyüdükçe hemşirelik sürecini bilme durumlarının daha yüksek (p <0.05) olduğu saptandı.
