Solid pseudopapillary neoplasia (SPN) is a rare tumor with low malignant potential, and it is mostly located in the tail of the pancreas. It usually affects young women. Although most of the cases are asymptomatic, they mostly apply to the clinic with non-specific symptoms such as abdominal pain. The gold standard in diagnosis is a histopathological examination. Surgical resection is usually performed, and the survival rate after resection is high. Our aim in this study was to examine the postoperative conditions in patients diagnosed with SPN. In this study, seven patients diagnosed with SPN were identified. The mean age of the patients was 32.86 years, and 6 of them were female. Five cases presented with abdominal pain, and 2 cases were diagnosed incidentally. Computed tomography was performed on 5 patients, and magnetic resonance imaging was performed on 3 patients. Distal pancreatectomy was performed in all patients, and splenectomy was performed in 6 patients. The mean follow-up time was 45.6 months. Postoperative complications, recurrences, and metastases were not observed in any patient; one patient could not be reached
