Abstract
Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) is a common complication following allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation, frequently involves the oral cavity and may present as the initial manifestation. This study included three cases of oral cGVHD in patients (one woman and two men aged 53, 57, and 43) who underwent hematopoietic cell transplantation for leukemia, along with a brief literature review. The patients predominantly exhibited oral manifestations, including lichen-like lesions, erythema, and ulcerations. Additionally, one case presented with hyperpigmentation, while another developed chronic hyperplastic candidiasis. This study aims to present the oral findings of three cases of oral cGVHD and to analyze relevant cases reported in previous research for comparison.
