| dc.description | Stress incontinence due to physical activity occurs as a result of inadequate response of urethral sphincter despite increased bladder pressure. It is observed with cystocele in middle-aged and older women, especially in cases such as laughing, heavy lifting, straining, bending, and coughing. Since cystocele is the simplest form of genital sagging, it is the external orifice of the urethra going out of the vulva especially in cases of stress as a result of pelvic floor relaxation after frequent births. This condition usually occurs in conjunction with the anterior vaginal descensus, as there is a tight connection between perivesical connective tissue and vaginal anterior wall. Hence, the bladder base and urethra come out from vulva during straining. Aetiological reason for cystocele is the insufficiency on the pelvic floor. Weakness in the tissue that covers the genital organs and inferiority of the pelvis, may be congenital or usually occur later. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Stres Üriner İnkontinans (SUİ) ise UI'in kadınlarda en sık görülen şeklidir ve kişinin bir güç sarfetmesi (egzersiz, hapşırma ,öksürmekle v.b) ile idrar kaçması şeklinde tanımlanabilir. Temel patoloji intraabdominal basıncın arttığı durumlarda üretral basıncın, mesane içindeki basınca karşı koyamamasıdır. Birçok üretral patoloji buna sebep olabilse de, özellikle üretranın hipermobil olması ya da retropubik yerleşimdeki açının değişmesi nedeniyle üretraya basınç aktarımın azalmasının etyopatogenezde önemli rolü olduğu düşünülmektedir. Biz bu çalışmamızda klinik olarak SUİ tanısı almış hastalarda introital ultrasonografi ile posterior vezikoüreteral açı (beta açısı) değişiminin değerlendirilmesini amaçladık. | |
