Abstract

Coronary anomalies are relatively common but rarely associated with syncope, myocardial ischemia, and sudden cardiac death. An anomalous right coronery artery from the left sinus of valsalva is now recognized as an important causative factor in sudden death and myocardial infarction and syncope. This case report presents an anomalous right coronary artery (RCA) originating from the left sinus of Valsalva with syncope and will be focused on the diagnostic varia- tion and management.
