İnsanlarda kısa süreli de olsa maruziyeti halinde ilkin halüsinojenik etkisi olduğu bilinen ve ilerleyen dönemde, moleküler etiyopatogenezi net olarak aydınlatılmamış olsa da makro ölçekte gerçekleştirilen beyin görüntüleme sonuçlarına göre anormal değişiklilere neden olduğu bilinen \"Dimetilasetamid\" maddesinin özellikleri deneysel hayvan modeli yardımıyla incelenecektir. Görüntüleme ile eş zamanlı olarak gerçekleştirilecek genetik çalışma ile de daha önce literatürde bildirilmemiş olan, dimetilasetamid’in neden olduğu moleküler değişimler tespit edilecektir.
The properties of the substance \"Dimethylacetamide,\" which is known to have a hallucinogenic effect in humans even if it is exposed for a short time and which is known to cause abnormal changes according to the neuroimaging results performed at the macro scale, will be examined with the help of an experimental animal model in the future. However, its molecular etiopathogenesis has not been clarified with the gene expression study to be carried out simultaneously with the imaging. Hence, the molecular changes caused by dimethylacetamide, which have not been reported in the literature, will be detected.
