Acoustic Rhinometry and Rhinomanometry measurements were made, VAS and NOSE surveys were scored at preoperation and 3 months after the expansion was completed. Nasopharyngeal-oropharyngeal airway volume and areas were calculated by using Romexis 3.8.3. R and Nemotec V2019 software programs. While evaluating the findings of the study, IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program was used for statistical analysis.tr_TR
