The clinical symptoms and laboratory findings mimicking tuberculosis and sarcoidosis complicated the diagnostic process. He was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma after several X-rays, computed tomography, positron emission tomography-computed tomography, laboratory tests and three lymph node biopsy.
