It is characterized by a progressive accumulation of monoclonal incompetent lymphocytes and is similar to peripheral B-cell neoplasm small lymphocytic lymphoma [1]. Although leukaemic infiltration of the kidney is relatively common in CLL, acute renal failure (ARF) due to leukaemic infiltration is extremely rare [2]. Herein, we report a patient who presented with ARF caused by leukaemic infiltration of the kidneys in previously nonexistent CLL and was treated with chemotherapy successfullyeninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAcute Renal Failure due to Leukaemic Infiltration in Chronic Lymphocytic LeukaemiaArticleWOS:0002152784000768503264167210.1155/2015/46913626146503
