Spinal arachnoid cysts most frequently occur in thoracic region as a solitary mass. However, multiple extradural arachnoid cysts are extremely rare pathologies and only 8 cases have been reported in the literature before. In this report we described a case of 66 year old woman who had multiple spinal extradural arachnoid cysts presented with paraparesis and became symptomatic in an elderly age.ArticleWOS:00030526650002684862280657
