National Medical Rescue Teams (UMKE) within the Ministry of Health, who have been designated as recovery in disasters or extraordinary situations, with special training and equipment they receive, the victims at the scene, in the shortest time possible, by means of their capabilities, appropriate methods, medical intervention and rescue dık, In cases where health services are interrupted or in need of new health services, it provides the establishment and operation of the environments in which the necessary services will be provided. A detailed preliminary study, preparation and planning are required to carry out such activities. Risk analysis and proactive planning are important in an organization where a large number of people will participate. A full and accurate reporting will guide the UMKE teams to improve the quality of medical services in future activities and guide the preparation of logistics and staff
